Justin Pollard, J.D., is the Managing Broker and CEO of Realty ONE Group Edge and founder of Insight Commercial Group, serving clients throughout Rome, Floyd County, Northwest Georgia, and the greater Atlanta area.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate investment, property management, and brokerage, Justin brings a perspective that goes well beyond the typical real estate transaction. His experience includes residential sales, commercial properties, land acquisitions, investment properties, and complex real estate negotiations.
A graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Justin combines his legal education with practical real estate experience to help clients better understand their options, evaluate risk, and make informed decisions. His background in contracts, negotiations, and real estate investment provides valuable insight whether a client is selling a family home, purchasing commercial property, or evaluating a long-term investment opportunity.
As the Managing Broker and CEO of Realty ONE Group Edge, Justin leads brokerage operations and supports real estate professionals across multiple North Georgia offices. His leadership keeps him closely connected to evolving market conditions, industry practices, and the challenges and opportunities facing today’s buyers, sellers, and investors.
